• Married to the former Jennifer Mattox of Kossuth

• Deacon at First Presbyterian Church of Corinth

• Employed at Biggers Hardware since 1997

• Active in the formation of the 501(c) 3, Verandah-Curlee House Preservation Foundation and currently serving as the foundation’s Vice President

• Served on the boards of The Salvation Army and Main Street Corinth

• Volunteer for Salvation Army.  Took the first load of supplies after Katrina to south Mississippi
